Q. I have received an error message on my forum/store.

A. This indicates a message with your database. You will need to repair the database to remove the message.
To do this you need to log into your account control panel by adding
/cpanel/ to the end of the domain name of the affected site using the
login details we provided you with upon signup.
Once you have logged in you need to click the MySQL link and then click the 'repair' link next to the affected database.
